Our Founders

Homero Mendoza served as the Deputy Field Office Director for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) in Denver, Colorado from November 2017 thru his retirement on April 30, 2020.  Mr. Mendoza served over 25 years with ICE.

Prior to his federal civil service career, Homero served in the United States Army from
April 1990 to April 1994.  He was deployed to Operation Continue Hope in Mogadishu, Somalia, Africa and was part of the Battle of Mogadishu on Sunday October 3, 1993.

Homero received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Systems from
the University of Phoenix.

In 2022, Homero started a joint business (landcontainers.com) with his long time friend Michael Caldarella, they met while in high school.

Michael Caldarella has been selling shipping containers for over five (5) years and has demonstrated a high level of business savvy.  Michael has been selling over 300 containers per year since 2016.

Michael has been an entrepreneur his whole life.  Shortly after graduating high school, Michael began his entrepreneurship by starting his own business buying and selling aluminum cans and buying and selling firewood.

Michael then expanded his business and began buying and selling pallet boxes (Easy to set up and collapse, these stackable boxes feature two drop doors for quick acces to contents.)

In 2016, Michael once again expanded his business and began buying and selling shipping containers and has been successfully doing so since then.
